Chester Lee Parson was born August 26, 1945 to Henry Davis and Annie Parson in Little Rock, Arkansas. He attended Little Rock Public Schools and First Baptist Church.
During his years of employment, he attained Master Mason status using his bricklaying talents at Sonny Fish Masonry ad Alessi Keyes Construction. Chester's creations can be seen at the Post Office on 1700 Main Street in Little Rock, Arkansas as well as many local businesses and homes. He later retired from his craft and worked at Enterprise until his health began to fail.
Chester leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Jeannie Parson and sons: Chester Parson known affectionately as "Mont" and Eric Parson. His bonus children: Cora Greene, Michael Greene, Diane Greene and James Greene.
He also leaves to cherish his memory a niece, Joyce Marie Thompson of Little Rock, Arkansas, 30 grandchildren. 10 great-grand children and a host of nieces and nephews.
Chester was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Helen Mae Thompson and daughter, Jacqueline Pearson. He also leaves behind a special grandson, Jermaine Greene of Warren, Arkansas.
