Eva Jean Davie

Eva Jean Davie departed this life January 20, 2026. Preceding her in death was her husband of 61 years, Jorden Davie. Her parents Mary and Willie Lunnie. Her sister Maeola McKinney, her brothers, Willie Lunnie Jr, Ivory Lunnie and Lilton Lunnie.

Eva Jean was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on June 20, 1945. She accepted Christ as a young girl at St. Stephens Baptist Church. She attended Scipio A Jones High School and Horace Mann High School..

She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Falenthia Taylor (James), Jorden Lavell Davie(Shiree), Tina Sanders (Aundrae), Terry Davie, Jerry Davie and Jerry Davie Jr. Three Sisters, Ella Jones, Brenda Johnson (William) and Lavone Redus. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

She worked her entire life as co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of Jorden Davie Photography and Too-Sweet Bar and Grill. She was skilled in retouching and an oil paint artist.
